§1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service define the rules for providing electronic services by GPU Solutions sp. z o.o., registered at ul. Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego 55D/7, 37-100 Łańcut, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001137672, Tax ID (NIP): 8151821963, REGON: 540164284.
These Terms are made available free of charge via the website gpusolutions.pl in a format that allows downloading, saving, and printing.

§2. Definitions

Service Provider — GPU Solutions sp. z o.o. based in Łańcut, Poland.
User — a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit using the Website.
Website — the website available at gpusolutions.pl.
Services — electronic services provided by the Service Provider, including: hosting, GPU computing, speech transcription (STT), optical character recognition (OCR), API services, and web development.

§3. Types and Scope of Services

The Service Provider offers the following electronic services: informational content about the company's offer, a contact form for submitting inquiries, hosting services, cloud GPU computing, speech-to-text API (Whisper STT), optical character recognition API (OCR), and website and web application development.
Detailed conditions for individual services, including pricing, are specified in individual agreements with Users.

§4. Technical Requirements

Using the Website requires: a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge), enabled JavaScript and cookie support.
Using the contact form requires an active email address.

§5. Contract Terms

The contract for providing electronic services regarding Website content access is concluded when the User enters the website and terminated when the User leaves.
The contract for the contact form service is concluded when the User sends a message.
Contracts for paid services (hosting, GPU, API) are concluded based on separate arrangements.

§6. Prohibited Content

The User agrees to use the Website in accordance with the law, good customs, and respect for personal rights and intellectual property of third parties.
It is prohibited to deliver unlawful content through the Website.

§7. Complaints

Complaints regarding the Website can be submitted to: [email protected].
A complaint should include: the User's contact details, a description of the issue, and the expected resolution.
The Service Provider processes complaints within 14 days of receipt and informs the User of the result electronically.

§8. Personal Data Protection

The data controller for Users' personal data is GPU Solutions sp. z o.o.

§9. Amendments

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms for important reasons, in particular due to changes in legislation or the scope of services provided.
Changes to the Terms will be published on the website. Changes take effect on the date of publication.

§10. Final Provisions

Matters not regulated by these Terms shall be governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
These Terms take effect on March 24, 2026.
